Zunair Kamboh joined Markhor as Tourism Ambassador and Raja Umar as Sindh TikTok Ambassador, at a signing ceremony held at the Serena Hotel, Islamabad.
Two different jobs
The two roles point in different directions on purpose. A tourism ambassador takes the brand to Pakistan’s north — the mountains, the roads, the travel audience that follows them. A provincial TikTok ambassador works at street level in Sindh, where the brand is still introducing itself.
Markhor is named after the wild goat that lives in Pakistan’s northern mountain ranges, which makes a tourism signing a natural fit rather than a stretch.
Building province by province
Raja Umar covers Sindh, Baba Chee covers Balochistan. The brand has approached its creator roster regionally rather than signing one national face.
