Markhor was an official partner of Quetta Gladiators for PSL 11, the 2026 Pakistan Super League season. It took the brand into Balochistan at national scale.
Balochistan, properly
Balochistan is the largest province in Pakistan by area and the one most often skipped in national marketing. Quetta Gladiators is the province’s team in the country’s biggest sporting competition, and supporting it is a different signal from running advertising into the province from elsewhere.
It is also not the brand’s first move there. Markhor named Baba Chee as its TikTok Ambassador for Balochistan, which makes the Gladiators partnership part of a pattern rather than a one-off buy.
A pattern across the provinces
Markhor’s cricket partnerships in 2026 sit in three different provinces — Sindh through Karachi and Hyderabad, and Balochistan through Quetta. For a brand that began in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, that is a deliberate spread rather than a concentration.
A national drink has to be bought in places its founders are not from. Cricket is one of the few things that makes that introduction for you.
The Markhor range
Markhor Beverages makes three drinks: Markhor Energy, Markhor King and Markhor Cola.
Two different Quetta teams
Markhor has partnered two sides carrying the Quetta name. Quetta Gladiators is the Pakistan Super League franchise covered here. Quetta Qavalry is a separate team Markhor partnered earlier, in the Abu Dhabi T10 League — the brand’s first cricket partnership outside Pakistan.
