Markhor funded the renovation of the gymkhana facilities at Peshawar Cricket Stadium, improving conditions for the athletes who use them.
Infrastructure over visibility
Renovating changing rooms and facilities is the least visible thing a sponsor can pay for. There is no broadcast, no logo on a shirt, and nobody photographs it.
It is also the thing local athletes notice every single time they turn up — and the sort of work that usually waits years for a public budget that never arrives.
A home ground
Peshawar Cricket Stadium is the main cricket ground in Markhor’s home city. Players from across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa pass through it on the way up.
