Balochistan is the largest province in Pakistan by area and the one most often skipped in national marketing. Campaigns are usually run into the province from Karachi or Lahore rather than made by people who live there.
Signing a creator from the province is a different signal. It puts the brand in the hands of someone whose audience already trusts them, speaking in the register that audience actually uses.
